Our Mount Rinjani Crater Rim Senaru (3D/2N) is suitable for first timer trekkers. This exciting adventure will take you on a breathtaking journey to one of Indonesia’s most iconic landmarks, Mount Rinjani. As well as two of Lombok’s best and most popular waterfalls, Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep Waterfall, located at the foot of the spectacular Mount Rinjani.

Day 1: Arrival – (optional) Sendang Gile & Tiu Kelep Waterfall

Arrival Time

Pick up from Lombok International Airport at your arrival time (before 10:30am if you wish to visit the two waterfalls) or your hotel in Lombok at 9:30am. We recommend getting takeaway and eat in the car while en route to Rinjani.

Villa Bambu Rinjani

Check into your accommodation at Villa Bambu Rinjani. You will stay here for 1 night. If you are an odd-numbered group, we will use an additional room for the odd-numbered person.

Tiu Kelep Waterfall

It only takes 15 minutes on foot from the entrance to view the marvelous Sendang Gile waterfall.

Continue on to Tiu Kelep waterfall, the journey to the second waterfall takes around 45 minutes trekking through a lush forest. Once you get there, you can enjoy the sight of the water crushing the rocks or swim in its refreshing, clear pool.

Day 2: Senaru Village (601m) – Senaru Crater Rim (2641m)

8:00 AM

Begin the trek. Follow your guide through lush green landscapes and picturesque valleys. You will arrive at the POS 2 (1500m) and take a short break with refreshments. After walking for about two hours, you will reach POS 3 (1800m) and have lunch here.

3:00 PM

You will reach Senaru Crater Rim in the later afternoon, where you’ll spend the night here. Our porters will get your meals, sleeping and toilet tent ready for you. You’ll have a chance to witness a magnificent sunset over Mount Agung in Bali and observe the smoke rising from the active volcano by the lake. Allow yourself to be fully immerse in the natural beauty and the sparkling stars can be seen in the sky

Day 3: Senaru Crater Rim (2641m) – Senaru Village (601m) – Drop-off Point

Our tour ends here. Exact tour sequence is subjected to changes depending on traffic and weather conditions of the day. Our guide will discuss with you should there be any changes. However, we do intend to stick to the above itinerary as much as possible. Please note that no refunds will be given if weather conditions are unfavourable.

Villa Bambu Rinjani (Traditional Sasak houses)

If Villa Bambu Rinjani is not available, we will use another village homestay.

An adult must accompany children under 17 years of age.
